FREE Order Forms - We provide each member of your group with a FREE full color brochure showing color photos of the products and providing complete product details. The brochure is a simple one page promotional piece that shows your customers everything they need to know. We also send along free cash collection envelopes to store cash and checks collected during the sale. And we provide a final tally sheet you can use to fax or mail in your order

Available Any Time of Year – Pancakes can be sold year round. You can take advantage of pancake sales all year round and never worry about the effect of outdoor temperatures. It can be stored up to one year.

How $8 Frozen Pancake & Waffle Mix Fundraising Works

1. Call us or Order Online 1 brochure/catalog per fundraising participant - FREE of charge!
2. Have members of your group sell pancake and waffle mix to friends and family and collect payment.
3. At the end of your sale gather the order forms and money and tally them all together.
4. You place the final order for the products with us by phone or fax.
5. We ship all items to you, which you then distribute to your participants.
6. Your group keeps the profit (you only pay the cost of the products at the time of order)

How much do you pay to start a Pancake & Waffle Fundraiser

There is no money needed upfront for this fundraiser. We provide free brochures, order forms and cash collection envelopes. It costs nothing to start so there is no risk.

You only pay us after you sell your pancakes and are placing your order. Then you can use the money you collected to pay for your order.

When you place your order, Southern Culture will calculate the cost of your order. You will pay us that amount of money and keep your profit.

How do you place your final order?

When your sale is complete gather together all of the order forms and money from each group member. Tally all of the order forms together. Some people find it helpful to use a spreadsheet like Excel.

Southern Culture is slightly different than other fundraisers since you have to purchase full case quantities of each flavor. Remember there are 6 tubs per case. So you will need to round each flavor up or down to make each one an even case quantity. If that sounds difficult we would be thrilled to help.

When you have your totals you can enter them on the master order form we provided when we sent you your free brochures and fax it to us (866)480-2778 you can simply call us toll free (866) 480-2778 with your order.

Once we receive your order we will enter it in our system and send you an invoice. After reviewing the invoice you can pay by calling with a Visa or Master Card or you can mail us a check or money order along with a copy of your invoice. We do accept purchase orders from public schools and will release orders upon receipt of a valid purchase order.


When will you get your Pancake and Waffle Mix ?

We try to deliver pancake and waffle mix two weeks after we receive your order. We will set up a date with you when you pay for your order. But you should allow a minimum of two weeks after you place your bulk order.

We will our best to narrow a delivery window as much as possible but we use 3rd party freight companies. Our experience is that your shipment will arrive within a
